We do not like to charge patients this, but when we see that someone repeatedly does not respect our time and does not give us advanced notice regarding their appointment cancellation, we will charge them.

The best way to find out is to call us and have your insurance information ready. We will try to verify this with your insurance, but we do need advanced notice. If you show up on the day of the visit without providing insurance information, you may need to wait ahead of time until we verify it for you. Our office number is (201) 608-0670.
